The property is spread over 3 levels, with an independent studio and flat on the ground floor. Outdoor spaces include gardens, terraces, a swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a barbecue and a pizza oven. The rooms offer sweeping views of Capri and the Bay of Naples. The villa is located near Sant'Agata and is an excellent base for exploring the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts.
The easiest way to reach the villa and get around the area is by car. We can also arrange transfers if required.

The villa is in an excellent location with the small village of Sant'Agata just 2.5 km from the villa. Here you will find your basic necessities, including supermarkets, delicatessen, pharmacy, butcher's shop, café bar, restaurants, newsagent, post office and local bus services to Sorrento or the beach at Marina del Cantone. The world-renowned and Michelin-starred restaurant ‘Don Alfonso’ is also located in this small village.

The perfect base from which to explore the natural and historical treasures of the Sorrento and Amalfi coasts, with the historic centre of Sorrento (10 km), Positano (15 km), Amalfi (30 km), Ravello (35 km), Pompeii (30 km) and Naples (60 km) within easy reach of the villa. Day trips to the island of Capri depart from the nearby marina and fishing village of Marina del Cantone.

Access via a narrow driveway, recommended for small to medium-sized cars, and parking for 2 vehicles.
The property has two entrances: one in the basement, leading to a furnished patio under Mediterranean grape vines, and the other to the main entrance of the villa.

The basement includes a separate studio with double bed and bathroom, and a flat with 1 bedroom, open-plan living room, kitchenette and bathroom.
The main villa, on two floors, is bright and designed for indoor-outdoor living.
It houses 3 double bedrooms, 1 double sofa bed, and several communal areas: a large living and dining room, a well-equipped traditional kitchen, and a terrace with views of the countryside and Capri.
