Description
Villa Rugiada is a brand new stone building with a large garden with olive grove and organic vegetable garden. Its location offers magnificent views that you can enjoy from the swimming pool with jacuzzi or the outdoor jacuzzi.
Characteristic is the fishing pond and the large terrace in front of the villa.
There is also the old barn used as a space for eating outdoors and you can use the barbecue or the wood-burning oven for cooking.
The perimeter of the structure is covered by an anti-theft alarm.

Interior Description
Villa Rugiada is an independent structure consisting of a ground floor and first floor.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room furnished with sofas, a fireplace and television. Nearby there is a well-equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils and an adjoining dining room, plus a service bathroom.
In addition there are three double bedrooms, one of which has a bathroom with shower and a single bedroom with an external bathroom. Each double bedroom has a television.
On the first floor, reached from outside, there is a double bedroom with bathroom with bath and shower.
Outside is a laundry area with washing machine, dryer and iron.
