All apartments are equipped with a furnished balcony. Bicycles are available for guests (free of charge while supplies last, deposit required). Shared laundry and dryer area.

Small/medium-sized pets are allowed on request, excluding common areas, with an extra charge.

A penalty of €50.00 will be charged for failure to clean the kitchenette, and an additional €50.00 will be charged for failure to dispose of waste properly.
