Also outside is a hot tub located in a corner of the garden where the scents of the Mediterranean scrub will arrive all around, shower, barbecue area and parking with 2 covered parking spaces.
The large patio outside the house is spacious and multifunctional with a large table for dining al fresco but also a relaxation area with sofas, armchairs and chaise longues.
Located 15 km from Olbia airport, this house is only about ten kilometers from San Teodoro. The house is ideal for families, or several couples of friends, having two independent entrances and two separate kitchens.
Interior Description
On the north eastern coast of Sardinia, the Villa is on two floors and has two different locations in a single main building. On each floor you will find 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room that can be lived together or individually.
The living room on the first floor, with exposed beams and trusses, is a jewel of luxury and charm. Dark parquet floors and white walls are a marriage of elegance in a comfortable space embellished with furnishings that recall the charm of the island. The living room on the ground floor is also particularly bright and welcoming.
The kitchens are modern and functional with gas hob, fridge, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. The upper floor of the house also hosts a large covered veranda.
