This residence is located in the north of Sardinia, surrounded by the Mediterranean maquis and framed by a beautiful pine forest, and is ideal for families, friends or couples. Its layout is reminiscent of a courtyard in that the reception office, snack bar, small market (managed by private individuals) and laundry are located in the central part.
A few hundred metres away is the pretty village of Vignola Mare , a still little-known tourist destination, with its beach of the same name, characterised by fine golden sand, lapped by turquoise and transparent waters.
Small or medium-sized pets are accepted on request and with an extra charge.
Although the flats belong to the same type, they may differ in terms of furnishings and equipment.
There is a penalty of 50.00 for failure to clean the kitchenette and an additional 50.00 for failure to dispose of waste.
