Strategically located to explore the best of south-eastern Sicily: Syracuse, Noto, Marzamemi, and Avola. Nearby you will also find the enchanting Avola Lakes, the Vendicari Nature Reserve (perfect for nature walks and birdwatching), and Mount Etna, ideal for excursions and trekking.

We had the opportunity to be the first guests at this property. The hostess is extremely kind, very helpful, and responds to questions very quickly. Communication was excellent. Upon arrival, the hostess prepared snacks and a bottle of wine for us.
The biggest advantage of this property is its location — about 80 meters from a quiet, uncrowded beach. The area is very peaceful. Getting there by car from Catania Airport takes less than 30 minutes. It is a great base for exploring the eastern part of Sicily (Taormina, Noto, Syracuse, Marzamemi). However, staying here does require a car.
Upstairs there is a huge terrace with a sea view. The terrace is furnished with chairs and armchairs — the perfect place for meals, a glass of wine, and relaxing.
After returning from the beach, you can take a shower in the outdoor bathroom, which is very convenient, especially for families with children.
To sum up, this is a wonderful place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful stay, ideal for families. We highly recommend it.
