The villa consists of a spacious and bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen featuring all the necessary amenities, as well as a lounge with a TV corner and a double sofa bed, all within an air-conditioned environment (heating/cooling). The sleeping area includes a spacious double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all air-conditioned (heating/cooling). The property is completed by two elegant bathrooms with showers.
