By the pool there is an elegant solarium where you can relax under the Sicilian sun, as well as a furnished gazebo with a dining table, ideal for aperitifs and outdoor dinners prepared with the barbecue. Two practical outdoor showers complete the villa’s amenities.
Around L’Oasi di Salvo extends a vast natural plot of about 1000 square meters, enriched with native plants, olive trees, and majestic carob trees, which give the property an authentic, relaxing, and typically Mediterranean atmosphere.
The location is strategic for easily reaching the beautiful golden beaches of Punta Secca and Marina di Ragusa just 3.5 km away, or for visiting the most charming Baroque cities of eastern Sicily, such as Modica, Scicli, and Ragusa Ibla.

On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen-living room, elegantly furnished and fully equipped with all modern comforts. There are four double bedrooms and two full bathrooms with shower.
On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a triple bedroom and an additional bathroom with shower.
The entire property is fully air-conditioned (hot/cold).
