The first floor is divided into two wings: the first includes three bedrooms and one bathroom, while the other wing offers two additional bedrooms, ensuring privacy and well-distributed spaces.
On the basement level (-1), there is a room with a sofa and an additional bathroom, perfect as a relaxation area or extra space for guests.
In the basement, there is an industrial kitchen for events, available for use at an additional cost.
