Villa Felice is a beautiful villa with a private swimming pool located on the hills above the charming village of Pergola, in the heart of the Marche region. This rural farmhouse has been carefully renovated while preserving the charm of traditional Marche architecture and furnished with great attention to detail to create a welcoming, comfortable and authentic atmosphere.
Outside, guests can enjoy spacious panoramic areas surrounded by nature, featuring a fully equipped private panoramic pool, a shaded gazebo and a wood-fired oven perfect for outdoor dinners while admiring the beautiful view of the surrounding hills.
The villa is ideal for those seeking a relaxing and private holiday in the Marche countryside. Walking lovers can even reach the historic village of Pergola on foot, enjoying the typical rural landscapes of the area.
The location is also perfect for exploring the region: the spectacular Frasassi Caves are about 27 km away, Monte Catria about 40 km and the Monte Cucco Natural Park about 55 km. In less than an hour you can also reach the Adriatic coast with lively seaside towns such as Marotta and Senigallia.
During your stay you will also have the opportunity to discover the rich gastronomic tradition of the Marche region, with local products, fine wines and many traditional trattorias and osterias where you can taste authentic regional cuisine.

The spacious and welcoming farmhouse is ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing stay in the Marche countryside. The house is on two levels. Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen with fireplace, living and dining room with fireplace, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom with an extra bed. First floor: five double bedrooms with an extra single bed, one bedroom with four beds, four bathrooms and a balcony. An additional bathroom is located near the swimming pool.
