The surrounding area also offers wonderful opportunities to discover Tuscany's food and wine traditions, including wine tastings at local wineries.

The property consists of 5 apartments and 1 suite, located on the ground floor and first floor.
Tuscio – First Floor: Living room with kitchen. 3 double bedrooms, one of which has a private en-suite bathroom and an additional bed. A second bathroom completes the apartment.
Torrita – First Floor: Living room with kitchen. 2 double bedrooms, both with private en-suite bathrooms. One of the bedrooms also features an additional bed.
Itineris – First Floor: Kitchen with dining area and separate living room. 3 double bedrooms, one of which has a private en-suite bathroom. A second bathroom is also available.
Borgo – Ground Floor: Living room with kitchen and 2 double bedrooms, both with private en-suite bathrooms and direct access to the outdoor area.
Santo Chiodo – Ground Floor: Living room with kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower. One of the bedrooms has direct access to a furnished veranda.
Tosto – First Floor: Double bedroom equipped with a refrigerator and air conditioning. Private bathroom with shower.
