The historic center of Gambassi Terme is characterized by a charming medieval village, where you can admire historic buildings and narrow alleys winding among them. From here you can enjoy breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Villa Le Ripe offers the perfect setting for a relaxing stay, surrounded by the green hills overlooking Valdelsa and in close proximity to famous cities such as Certaldo, San Gimignano, Monteriggioni and Volterra.

On-site manager Angela, who does not live on the property, will always be at your disposal during your stay.
The property is not accessible by public transportation.
At 200 meters Sports field (tennis, five-a-side football, etc.) and dog park

The security deposit will be paid in cash upon arrival and returned by wire transfer after a property inspection within three days of check out.

Gambassi Spa
We have an agreement with the Gambassi Spa, guests of Villa le Ripe are entitled to a discount for entrance to the spa. To receive the discount just ask the contact person on site or call the spa pointing out that you are a guest of Villa le ripe.

E-Bike Rental
In agreement with the owner of the spa we give the possibility to rent electric bikes to take bike tours in the neighboring countryside and various villages. For guests of Villa le ripe there is a discount compared to outsiders.

Interior Description

Villa Le Ripe extends over several floors, each apartment has its own private entrance.

Ground floor:
La Tinaia, with side access, living room with fully equipped kitchenette and single sofa bed, hallway, double bedroom and complete bathroom with shower in the toilet instead of the bidet.
Le Volte, with front access, long living room enriched by these beautiful vaults and kitchenette at the back,a double sofa bed, two double bedrooms on the left side and the complete bathroom on the right.

On the first floor, accessible by 12 steps:
San Gimignano, living room with kitchenette with a wonderful view of San Gimignano, double bedroom and complete ensuite bathroom. The stairs in the living room lead to a delightful mezzanine with 4 armchairs and a table, two further steps take us to the double bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
La Nonna with entrance onto the large living room with double sofa bed, an arch takes us to the separate and well-equipped kitchen, a small corridor with three steps and we arrive at the double bedroom with complete ensuite bathroom.
Going up the stairs in the living room there is a second double bedroom with complete ensuite bathroom.
