Nearby villages such as Montecatini Val di Cecina, Lajatico, Terricciola and Peccioli ooze Tuscan character and history and are well worth a visit.

Stone house of 300 sq. m. on two floors.

Ground Floor (200 sq. m.):main entrance into the study with desk; half bathroom (sink and wc); laundry room (washing machine, iron and ironing board), two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom with shower (wc, bidet, sink); kitchen /dining / living room: kitchen equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, wine cellar fridges, ice machine; dining table seating up to 10 people that converts into a pool table; living room with fireplace, satellite tv, sofa and armchairs. Large double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with hydro-massage shower, sink, wc, bidet. Access to the exterior from all main rooms and bedrooms.
