On the ground floor: large open-plan room comprising: living room with sofas, TV, and a large fireplace, main entrance door, dining area with a table for 11 and a sofa (can be converted into a single bed); small utility room with washing machine, dryer, and iron; kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, espresso machine, and dishwasher). Access to the outdoor loggia from the dining room and kitchen.
Corridor leading to a bathroom with shower (sink/bidet/WC) and a double bedroom (can be split into two single beds upon request) with TV and ensuite bathroom with shower (sink/bidet/WC).

First floor: 1 bedroom with two single beds (can be made into a double upon request) with ensuite bathroom with shower (sink/bidet/WC). Two double bedrooms (one of the double beds can be made into two single beds upon request), each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower (sink/toilet/bidet). Each first-floor bedroom has a TV and fireplace. Up to three single beds can be added upon request, one for each first-floor bedroom.

Second floor: dovecote with a small relaxation area featuring two armchairs and 360° views of the surrounding hills.
