The gaze rests and gets lost in the endless pursuit of the hills and mountains of Umbria, the green heart region of Italy. The body relaxes to be caressed by the wind of one of the most beautiful valleys in this area. You will not even feel like you are less than half an hour by car from important and large cities of art or from ancient medieval villages: Todi, Spello, Assisi, Perugia and other realities, however, are really close to you. But it is the beauty of creation that is so close to you that you forget everything.
This sublime villa has recently been completely renovated with the total recovery of an old farmhouse in Umbrian-Tuscan style from which wooden planks and parts of the trunk were also recovered and then reused to make benches and stools for bedrooms and bathrooms. Outside, in addition to the wonderful view, you can immerse yourself in a dream by diving into the large infinity pool. This is one of the most beautiful corners of the property with its infinite view over a sea of evergreen hills and mountains.
Your walks here may tire your legs, of course, but they will certainly be able to recharge your body and soul. Not far from the property you can reach, for a pleasant excursion, Mount Peglia, a nature reserve declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The volcanological museum is very interesting. We also offer chef service on request. In the area mountain bike and ebike rental and the possibility of organizing horseback riding, shopping tours in companies in the area and guided tours to some localities in the area
Interior Description
The villa can accommodate up to 10 people, having 4 double bedrooms, one of which also has a sofa bed. The bedrooms are all with king size beds and private bathrooms. A fifth bathroom serves the living area where a large living room with a very particular structure will welcome you. The living room, with two large sofas and a fireplace where you can enjoy a few hours of relaxation even on the coldest days, is a unique construction of its kind where the lines of a large space with very high ceilings are cut by columns and large openings towards the 'external. The many windows offer an enchanting view of the valley where the colors of the foliage of the olive trees and the surrounding hills dominate.
