The property is located in a strategic geographical position, since, even if it develops in the heart of the Umbrian countryside, it is actually only 2 km from the E 45 highway, through which you can reach the most important places in Umbria: for example, Perugia is only 27 KM away and you can easily reach other places of interest such as: Assisi, Todi, Orvieto and Spoleto.

In a wing entirely dedicated to your well-being, a delightful private SPA awaits you with a heated mini-pool, Turkish bath, Finnish sauna, emotional shower, aromatherapy, chromotherapy, herbal tea; the area is served by a bathroom with dressing room.

Swimming Pool
Whether it's to cool off on summer days, or welcome you for a midnight dip, the pool is always at your disposal.
It is surrounded by the greenery of the park and open all year round: you can use it alone, as a couple or with children. The enchanting infinity pool with salt water is 7 meters wide and 14 meters long, and equipped with sun loungers to combine relaxation with fun.
Interior Description
Casale Esperienza Sul Tevere is split on multiple floors:
On the first floor, accessible either from the external staircase or from an internal lift, we find a suite with two double bedrooms with en-suite facilities, and a living room with kitchenette.
On the second floor there are two independent suites consisting of large double bedrooms with private bathrooms and living areas with kitchenette.
The largest farmhouse consists of a living room with kitchenette and two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
The smaller, very intimate farmhouse has a living room / entrance with kitchenette, anteroom, double bedroom with Jacuzzi located under a large window overlooking the countryside planted with wheat or sunflowers, en-suite bathroom with shower-bath Turkish.
