Ancient stone structure from the late 19th century, it retains all the characteristics of an extraordinary region such as Umbria. The materials of which it is made, the greenery all around the main residence, speak by telling the story of an almost magical place a stone's throw from a watercourse where once the maceration of hemp took place, the watering of livestock and the washing the fleece of the sheep. tell of these ancient customs. Completely renovated, the house consists of 4 apartments, partly communicating and partly independent, furnished in the traditional Umbrian style with wrought iron beds, solid wood furniture, terracotta tiles, exposed wooden beams and stone details on the walls.
Outside, always available to guests in absolute exclusivity like the rest of the Villa, there is also a large park with barbecue and a swimming pool with panoramic views.
The location of this structure is strategic. From here, in fact, you can easily reach Todi, Perugia, Terni, Gubbio, Assisi, Spoleto and Orvieto.
Interior Description
Il Casale Di Festa have been furnished in the typical Umbrian style: wooden beam ceilings, terracotta tiles, ancient stone walls, wrought iron and solid wood furnishings help to create a magical atmosphere to introduce guests to that peasant civilization. which has meant so much in the history of our country.
Each apartment is equipped with dishes, linens, water, electricity and independent heating.
The farmhouse has been carefully restored and consists of 4 independent and communicating apartments, while the annexe in front is designed both to bring all guests together for lunch and dinner, thanks to a large table that can accommodate up to 16 people, and for relaxation. thanks to a large and comfortable lounge.
