It offers not only the possibility of staying in a new and modern double room with private bathroom, but also, included in the price, the use of a fully equipped kitchen (with utensils and appliances), a dining room (shared only with guests of the other two rooms), and a space to store bicycles. It is the ideal solution for those who want complete independence during their holiday and are looking for a comfortable and modern accommodation from which to start the countless excursions the area offers.

Starting directly from the house, in 1.5 km you can reach the incredible Brent de l’Art canyon; or go canyoning in Val Maor, one of the most spectacular gorges in Europe (14 km), or reach Lake Santa Croce (25 km), where you can windsurf, kitesurf, or relax on its beaches. For water lovers, another recommended trip is to the Cadini del Brenton, followed by a day at Lake Mis (20 km). For hiking enthusiasts, there is no shortage of trails, from the easiest ones to the most famous routes in the Dolomites (we are only 90 km from Cortina). Skiers who want variety can easily reach different ski areas: Ski Area Falcade San Pellegrino (55 km), Ski Civetta via the Alleghe cable car (55 km), or Marmolada via Malga Ciapela (65 km). Art and culture lovers are spoiled for choice between famous cities such as Venice (100 km), Treviso (55 km), Belluno (18 km), or charming historic villages like Mel (9 km), Cison di Valmarino (15 km), and Feltre (25 km). For a day dedicated to food and wine, starting from Vittorio Veneto (23 km) or Valdobbiadene (30 km), you can explore the beautiful Prosecco hills, stopping at the many wineries along the way.

In the evening, after a day of excursions, you can relax in the small garden available to guests which, although located next to the road, remains peaceful thanks to the very low traffic in this village.
